What we collect
What you enter in the form: name, email, phone, town and exact address of the property or plot, your answers about the job, and the photos and sketch you send us. We also store the IP address the form was sent from and the language you viewed the site in.
What we use it for
To work out an estimated quote, email it to you, review it and send you the final quote. And, if you go ahead, to organise and invoice the work. Nothing else: we do not use your details for advertising and we do not pass them to anyone for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and performance of the contract if you go ahead with the work. Invoicing data is kept because the law requires it.
Who else has access
Nobody, other than the provider hosting the website and the mail service delivering the messages, which act as data processors. If you go ahead with the work, the licensed waste handler receives only what is needed for the delivery, without your photos.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not turn into work are kept for one year and then deleted, photos included. If you go ahead, invoicing data is kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for it to be ported. Just write to the address above. You may also complain to the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only the technical ones WordPress needs to remember the language you chose and to keep your session if you log in as an administrator. Those require no consent.
