Full house clearances

Inherited homes, flats after building work, storage units and houses that have slowly got away from someone. We empty them, clean them and take everything away.

1What are we clearing?

With the area the estimate gets sharper; without it, we work from averages.

2How do we get in?

3How much is inside?

This is what really sets the price: we charge by the volume of contents, not by the floor area.

4Where it is and what state it’s in

One per room is enough. They’re what lets us get the price right. Up to 8 files.

    📅Which day suits you?

Depending on the size of the job, more than one day may be needed. It may also be that the day you pick, or one of the days after it, is already booked. In those cases we’ll tell you when we send the final quote, subject to what we find on the day, and we’d look for the best slot for you.

✓Where shall we send the quote?

It’ll be in your inbox within a minute. No obligation.

    What we actually do

We clear the whole place of rubbish. We do not remove furniture, appliances or fixtures. That is also why we never touch asbestos structures, asbestos cement sheeting or tanks.

The price isn’t based on floor area

It’s based on the volume of stuff inside. An empty 120 m² penthouse takes two hours; a 40 m² studio packed to the ceiling can take three days. That’s why the form asks how much is inside, and why the photos are what sharpens the price most.

    Jobs we don’t price online

Commercial units, warehouses, large houses and severe hoarding are always quoted after a visit. It isn’t to make things difficult: a number given blind would be no use to you or to us.
